Who we are

This website is operated by Oman365 [TODO: legal company name] (Commercial Registration [TODO]), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name, the service you're interested in and your message.

When you scan a review stand (QR/NFC): we only count the scan — no personal data — and forward you to Google.

Cookies: no advertising or tracking cookies. One strictly necessary cookie is used only for the admin login.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you about the service you asked for. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who we share it with

The server provider that hosts this website, and Telegram, where we receive a notification of each new request. Notification data may be processed on servers outside Oman.

Nobody else, unless required by law.

Instagram content

The site only displays posts from our own Instagram account. We don't collect any data about Instagram users or our followers.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted — or sooner if you ask.

Your rights & data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time, in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.

To delete your data: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number you used. We delete it within 30 days and confirm.

Marketing messages for our clients

When we run SMS or email campaigns for clients, we only message people who opted in, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
