Frequently asked questions
How long does a 360° tour shoot take?
A typical café or restaurant takes 1–2 hours. We prefer shooting before opening or in a quiet slot so your guests aren't disturbed.
When will the tour appear on Google?
We deliver your tour page on Oman365 within 3–5 working days. Appearing on Google Maps depends on Google's own review and can take a few more days.
Do you guarantee a number of reviews?
No. We make it easy for your real customers to leave reviews and measure the results monthly — but we never buy or write reviews. That breaks Google's policies and puts your profile at risk.
Do I own the photos?
Yes — you get full usage rights for your business on every channel. We may show them in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Do you work outside Muscat?
Yes, we cover all governorates of Oman, with a small travel fee outside Muscat.
How do I pay?
One-time services: 50% to confirm and 50% on delivery. Monthly packages are paid at the start of each month.
